- Forensic Fingerprinting: Invisible marking technology to identify document leak sources
- Secure Distribution: Protected document sharing with recipient tracking
- Leak Attribution: Forensic analysis to identify who shared protected documents
3. Account Registration
To use Veriflo, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Veriflo to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Distribute illegal content or materials
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Make false accusations or fraudulent claims based on our reports

5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to Veriflo. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process your documents to provide verification and fingerprinting services
- Store your documents securely
- Generate blockchain attestations and forensic reports
You represent that you have the right to upload and process all content you submit.
6. Forensic Reports and Legal Use
Regarding our forensic fingerprinting and leak attribution services:
- Our reports provide evidence of document distribution patterns
- We make no guarantees regarding admissibility in any specific legal proceeding
- You are responsible for how you use our reports
- We recommend consulting legal counsel before taking action based on our reports
- We are not liable for any actions you take based on our analysis
7. Subscription and Payment
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We may suspend accounts with overdue payments
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Experience occasional outages or service interruptions
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
9. Intellectual Property
Veriflo and its technology, including our fingerprinting algorithms, platform code, and branding, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Veriflo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for actions taken based on our forensic reports
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Veriflo harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Actions you take based on our forensic reports
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use Veriflo ceases immediately
- We may delete your data after a reasonable period
- Blockchain attestations remain permanent
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions. This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Veriflo
- Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- These Terms are governed by applicable law
